We meet you where you are

There’s nothing you have to do except breathe and receive.

Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, transition, or simply the noise of everyday life, sound healing meets you where you are.

I’m Mia, founder of Rejuvenating Sounds. I work with people who are ready to slow down, go inward, and come back to themselves. Every bowl I play is chosen intentionally, and every session is held with reverence.

A moment for you

Take one breath with us.

Follow the light. In for four, hold, out for six. That feeling of your shoulders dropping is a small taste of what an hour in the bowls can do.

Experiences

Find the way you want to rest.

Every offering is rooted in one belief: your body already knows how to heal. Sound simply creates the conditions for it.

Sound healing is not a trend. It is remembering.Mia, Founder
You will leave feeling

Rest that goes beyond sleep.

Deeply rested

A full-body reset. High-frequency instruments guide you into a stillness that lingers long after the session ends.

Clear

When the noise softens, your inner voice has room to speak. Walk away with a quieter mind and a clearer sense of what matters.

Lighter

Sound loosens the tension, grief, or stress you didn’t realize you were holding. What no longer serves you can dissolve.

Connected

In the hum of the bowls, you find your way back: body, breath, and soul in alignment. A coming home you carry with you.

Who it’s for

If something in you is drawn here, that is enough.

You don’t need any particular belief. Just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

About Mia

I didn’t find sound healing. It found me.

I grew up in a home where meditation wasn’t a trend. It was how we lived: sitting in stillness, breathing with intention, listening beneath the noise.

After a catastrophic loss, I searched for something that could reach the places words simply could not. Sound found me there, in the grief that felt too large to carry. It held me when nothing else could.

I became a certified sound practitioner because I know what it is to be broken open, and I know the power of vibration to help you find your way back. Based in the Richmond area with deep roots in Santa Monica, I bring the same care to every individual, group, and team.

With love, Mia

Questions

Good to know.

Still wondering about something? Send a note with your booking request and Mia will reply personally.

What is sound healing?
An ancient wellness practice that uses the vibrations and frequencies of instruments, primarily crystal singing bowls, to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical restoration. Rather than something being done to you, it invites your body and mind to return to their natural balance.
What actually happens during a session?
You’ll lie down comfortably, fully clothed, close your eyes, and breathe. Mia plays crystal singing bowls chosen for their frequency and feeling, along with other healing instruments, creating a soundscape that moves through the room and through you. There’s no right way to experience it.
Do I need meditation experience?
None at all. Whether you’ve never meditated a day in your life or you have a daily practice, the experience is accessible and powerful. Your only job is to show up and breathe.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear something loose and comfortable, whatever you’d wear to relax at home. For group sessions, mats, blankets, pillows, and eye covers are all provided.
How much does a group sound bath cost?
Group sound baths are $55 per session (one hour, maximum of 24 guests). Sign up through Hot Yoga Richmond. Private and corporate sessions are priced to your needs; request a quote below.
